RETURN POLICY

Uncle Jack's Steakhouse online return policy pertains ONLY to purchases made through our online store. Any item damaged during the shipping of your purchased product must be returned within 5 days of delivery. You must contact someone at Uncle Jack's via phone or e-mail of any damaged product within five days of delivery before returning product.


All returns must contact the corporate office at (718) 229-1100 or email info@unclejacks.com. Our mailing address is 39-40 Bell Blvd. Bayside, NY 11361.

Customer must provide a copy of your original invoice, credit card statement or cancelled check. Customer must provide their complete contact information including your street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and e-mail address.


Any refunds will be returned to the customer based on the method of payment used, or we will issue an exchange or online store credit.
